These terms and conditions governs the use of the REAL BRASIL online web shop.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$)
Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay and include GST (15% sales tax). Delivery charges, postage, courier and shipping costs will be added to each order. Payment is to be made in New Zealand currency.
For Trade purchases, there is a Minimum Order Quantity of 5 pieces. We reserve the right to reject any order under 5 pieces.
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email of the order including postage, costs and approximate delivery dates.
You must pay by Pay Pal or internet banking.
When making purchases you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Pay Pal to enter your payment details. All credit card information is processed by Pay Pal. Real Brasil does not store or collect any credit card information.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase, we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we may at our discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email of the status of replacement.
Replacements or refunds do not cover faults arising from:
Normal wear and tear
changes to the original item
Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, chlorine,
water or other agents
For any claim to be made the item must be sent to: P.O Box 31083, Milford, Auckland 0620, New Zealand.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on the website.
